- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 small pre-made tart shells
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the tart shells on a baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and beaten egg until well combined.

Spoon the pecan mixture into each tart shell, filling it about 3/4 of the way.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
