Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of chocolate syrup
  • ¼. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.

  • Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the pie in a decorative pattern.

  • Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  • Before serving, sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top of the pie for extra crunch (if desired).
