- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill.

In a large bowl, mix coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into coconut milk mixture. Stir in shredded coconut.

Pour mixture into chilled crust. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
