Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 200g cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it in a greased pie dish, pressing it against the edges.
