- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 premade pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix together cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Place pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

Pour cranberry mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
