- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Cut out circles about 4 inches in diameter.

Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the raspberry filling onto one half of each circle.

Fold the other half over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Use a fork to crimp the edges and seal the turnovers.
