- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced figs, raspberries, sugar, flour, cardamom powder, and lemon juice. Stir until the fruit is coated evenly.

Brush the lattice crust with the beaten egg.
-
Place the pie dish on a baking sheet to catch any drips.
-
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
-
Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
