Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Roll out the pie crust and line a greased pie dish with it.

Pour the turkey mixture into the pie crust.

Cover the filling with another pie crust and seal the edges.

Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
