- 1 frozen pie crust
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Place the frozen pie crust on a baking sheet and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 60 minutes or until set and the crust is golden brown.
