How To Make Key Lime Cream Pie
A tangy and creamy pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tsp key lime zest
- Whipped cream and lime zest for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.

Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and creamy. Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and key lime zest, and beat until well combined.

Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or until set.

Once set, garnish with whipped cream and lime zest. Serve chilled.
