How To Make Classic Mincemeat Pie

  • 2 cups of mincemeat filling
  • 1 package of pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out one pie crust and transfer it to a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Spoon the mincemeat filling into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

  4. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges to seal.

  5. Cut a few slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
