How To Make Chicken, apricot & pork pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cooked pork, diced
- 1 cup apricot halves, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package ready-made pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the chicken, pork, and apricots to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.

Pour in the chicken broth and cream, then add the thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Roll out one pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

Pour the chicken, pork, and apricot mixture into the pie dish.

Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Crimp the edges to seal the pie.

Cut a few slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
