Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whisk until the mixture is thick and glossy.

Gently fold in the rose water, cornstarch, and white vinegar.

Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and spread it into a rectangular shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the pavlova is crisp and dry.
