- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.

In a separate saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in the melted butterscotch chips and vanilla extract. Let cool slightly.
