How To Make Breakfast Pies
Filling and cheesy, these breakfast pies are made with sausages and bell peppers, served on biscuit doughs, for a loaded breakfast dish!

Ingredients
- ¾lbbreakfast sausage
- ⅛cuponion,minced
- ⅛cupgreen bell pepper,minced
- 12ozbiscuit dough,(1 can), refrigerated
- 3eggs,beaten
- 3tbspmilk
- ½cupColby-Monterey Jack cheese,shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, combine sausage, onion and green pepper. Cook until the sausage is evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

Separate the dough into 10 individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit out, then line the bottom and sides of 10 muffin cups.

Evenly distribute sausage mixture between the cups.

Mix together the eggs and milk, and divide between the cups. Sprinkle tops with shredded cheese.

Bake in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
