Ingredients
- 2 Bramley apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish with it.

Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.

Cover the pie with a second pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
