Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Sprinkle the cinnamon over the mashed bananas and mix well.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a large rectangle.

Spread the banana and cinnamon mixture evenly onto the puff pastry.

Roll up the pastry tightly from one of the longer edges.

Cut the rolled pastry into slices about 1 inch thick.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the slices with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
