Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until well coated.

Lay out the spring roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each wrapper.

Fold the wrappers diagonally to form a triangle. Seal the edges by brushing them with melted butter and pressing them together.

Place the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
