- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- ½ cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
