Ingredients

  • 1cupripe bananas,mashed, (about 2 bananas)
  • 1pkgbanana cake mix
  • 1pkginstant banana pudding mix,(4 serving size)
  • 4eggs
  • ½cupvegetable oil
  • ¾tspground cinnamon
  • ½cupwater
  • 1tspbanana extract
  • 1cupwalnuts,chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Fill baking cups ¾ full and bake in a preheated oven about 20 minutes until done.

  2. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the top of the muffin, if the toothpick comes out clean the muffin is done.

  3. Store muffins if there are any left in an airtight container.
