- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the cranberries, applesauce, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
