- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, both sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
