- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup bran flakes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, bran flakes, milk, vegetable oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
