How To Make Delightful Apple Spice Muffins
These unusual apple spice muffins made with ground allspice and cinnamon will make you want for more because of its moist texture and spiciness.

- ½cupmargarine
- ⅔cupwhite sugar
- 1½cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tspground cinnamon
- 1tspground allspice
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- 1cupapplesauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and sugar. Add eggs, and beat until smooth. Blend in cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, and baking soda.

Alternately add in a half cup of applesauce, one cup of flour, remaining applesauce, and remaining flour. Stir until just blended together. Pour batter into muffin cups 2/3’s of the way full.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 17 minutes.
