Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, molasses, and melted butter until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick dough forms.

Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on a wire rack.

Once cooled, dust the cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
