- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, sugar, cold water, lemon zest, and lime juice. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
