Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and condensed milk.

Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the coconut mixture into it, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and almonds over the top, if desired.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Once set, cut into small squares or rectangles and serve.
