Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, crushed nuts, dark chocolate chips

Peel and slice the ripe bananas. Place them in a ziplock bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.

In a food processor, add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
