How To Make Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry puree and sugar, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

Add the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the strawberry mixture, stirring until well combined.
