- 2 cups of mixed summer fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of elderflower cordial
- 2 tbsp of powdered sugar
Instructions

Wash and slice the strawberries. Rinse the blueberries and raspberries.

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, elderflower cordial, and powdered sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in the mixed summer fruits, reserving some for garnish.
