- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1/4 cup rosé wine
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the diced strawberries, rosé wine, and powdered sugar. Let it macerate for 10 minutes.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the macerated strawberries into the whipped cream mixture.

Divide the mixture into individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
