Ingredients
- 2 pears, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the diced pears, caramel sauce, and sea salt until well combined.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal squares.

Spoon the pear mixture onto the center of each puff pastry square.

Fold the corners of the pastry over the pear mixture, forming a small pocket.

Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg wash.

Place the puffs onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
