- 2 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round baking dish.

Arrange pear slices in the bottom of the dish and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, whisking until well combined.

Pour the batter over the pears and hazelnuts in the baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
