Ingredients
- 1 honeydew, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
Instructions

In a blender, puree the honeydew, mint leaves, honey, water, and lime juice until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1 hour.

Remove the dish from the freezer and fluff with a fork.

Freeze for another hour and repeat the fluffing process.

Freeze for another 2 hours until the granita is firm.

Use a fork to scrape the granita and serve in chilled glasses.
