How To Make Honeydew and Mint Granita Recipe

Refreshing and sweet dessert made from honeydew and fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the honeydew, mint leaves, honey, water, and lime juice until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 1 hour.

  3. Remove the dish from the freezer and fluff with a fork.

  4. Freeze for another hour and repeat the fluffing process.

  5. Freeze for another 2 hours until the granita is firm.

  6. Use a fork to scrape the granita and serve in chilled glasses.
