- 2 cups of honeydew melon, cubed
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of honey
Instructions

Add the honeydew, coconut milk, and honey into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze the popsicles for 4-6 hours, or until solid.

When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
