Ingredients
- 4 cups diced honeydew melon
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions

Add the honeydew, avocado, cucumber, red onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to a blender.

Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning, adding honey if desired.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Garnish with additional fresh cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
