How To Make Blueberry Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 16egg roll wrappers
- 21ozblueberry pie filling,1 can
- 1cupunsweetened blueberries,fresh or frozen
- oil,for frying
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Lay 1 wrapper out with a corner pointed towards one’s self.

Place 1 heaping tablespoon of pie filling and 1 tablespoon of blueberries in the center of each wrapper.

Fold in the sides, then roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

Preheat the oil to 350 degrees F.

Fry the egg rolls in small batches for about 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve warm, and enjoy!
