- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and vanilla extract.

Cook over medium heat until the blueberries release their juices and the mixture thickens slightly, about 8-10 minutes.
