How To Make Apple Pecan Crisp
Easy and delicious, this apple pecan crisp is simply crunchy apples and pecans mixed with a sweet and buttery cinnamon crumb topping.

Ingredients
- 6cupsgranny smith apples,sliced
- ⅓cupwhite sugar
- 1tbspflour
- ½tspcinnamon
- ½tspginger
- 1cuppecans,chopped, divided
- 2tbsplemon juice
For Crisp Topping:
- ½cupflour
- ½cupold fashioned oats
- ½cuplight brown sugar
- ½cupsugar
- ½tspcinnamon
- ¼tspnutmeg
- ½cupbutter,chopped into pieces
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl whisk together sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger and half a cup pecans. Add the apples and coat. Add the lemon juice and toss until coated. Spread apples evenly in the dish.
Crumb Topping:

In a medium sized bowl mix flour, sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the bowl. Add the butter and using a pastry blender or fork mix until coarse crumbs form.

Stir in half a cup pecans. Sprinkle on top of apples.

Bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender and top is lightly brown.
