- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 4 round white candies (for bunny tails)
- Pink food coloring
- Black gel icing (for eyes and nose)
- Candy sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Slowly pour in the boiling water and mix until the batter is smooth.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.

Divide the vanilla frosting into two bowls. Add pink food coloring to one bowl and mix until the desired shade is reached.

Frost the cooled cupcakes with the vanilla frosting.

Place a round white candy in the center of each cupcake for the bunny tail.

Use black gel icing to create eyes and a nose on each cupcake.
