Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts (if using).

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each portion with the back of a spoon or your palm to form a cookie shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
