Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the butterscotch chips.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
