Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together oats, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.

In a small saucepan, heat honey, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
