How To Make Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
