- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until well combined and creamy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
