- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour in the milk and stir until just combined and a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together. Be careful not to over-knead.
