How To Make Chocolate Mallow Drops
These chocolate mallow drop are a tasty sweet treat with a chocolate cookie base and fluffy marshmallow topping; making it a great dessert for the holidays!

Ingredients
- ½cupbutter,softened
- 1cupsugar
- 1egg
- ½cup2% milk
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1¾cupsall purpose flour
- ½cupbaking cocoa
- ½tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- ½cuppecans,chopped
- 18large marshmallows,halved
- 12ozsemisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg, milk and vanilla.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and combine until incorporated. Stir in pecans.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoons two inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and press a marshmallow into the center.

Bake for 2 to 3 minutes longer until marshmallows are soft and the edges of cookies are set. Remove and set on wire racks to cool completely.

Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl stirring 30 seconds at a time until smooth.

Scoop the melted chocolate into a baggie and snip the corner. Drizzle over the top of the cookies.
