How To Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Nobody can say no to these chocolate crinkle cookies, made with cocoa powder and chocolate chips, coated with powdered sugar, baked until soft and chewy.

Ingredients
- 12tbspunsalted butter,softened
- 1½cupssugar
- ½cupbrown sugar,light or dark, tightly packed
- 4large eggs
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 2½cupsall-purpose flour
- 1cupnatural cocoa powder
- 1tbspbaking powder
- ¾tspsalt
- 1cupmini chocolate chips
- 2cupspowdered sugar,for rolling
Instructions

Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, stirring until completely combined. Stir in vanilla extract.

In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet until completely combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

After chilling, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Roll dough into 1½ tablespoon-sized balls with your hands and roll thoroughly in powdered sugar. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Allow cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before enjoying.
