- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop dough using a cookie scoop or tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
