How To Make Chewy Oatmeal Raisin M&M Cookies
Whip up a batch of these delightful M&M cookies that are full of treats! They come with oats and raisins, baked with brown sugar for a sure chewy treat.

Ingredients
- 2cupsflour
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspbaking powder
- 1tspkosher salt
- 2sticksunsalted butter,softened
- 1cupdark brown sugar,firmly packed
- 1cupsugar
- 2large eggs
- 1tbspvanilla
- 3cupsrolled oats
- 1½cupsraisins
- 20red M&Ms
- 20green M&Ms
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl. whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt.

In a stand mixer. cream the butter and sugar for 1 to 2 minutes on high until light and fluffy.

Add in the dark brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix until fully combined.

Add in the dry ingredients a third at a time until just incorporated.

Add in the oats, raisins, and M&Ms and mix in on low for just a few seconds until combined.

Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes at least (the longer the better).

Depending on the size of the cookies preferred, baking time will vary.

For large cookies using an ice cream scoop (¼ cup) drop onto greased pan or using a Silpat liner, bake for 12 to 14 minutes. (Yields about 18 cookies)

For medium cookies, using a 2 tablespoon measure, bake for 11 to 13 minutes. (Yields about 36 cookies).

For small cookies, using a 1 tablespoon measure, bake for 9 to 11 minutes. (Yields about 72 cookies).

No need for the cookies to brown too much, so the moment the bottoms get brown, pull them out.
